Abstract:
Amongst common criteria used to identify diversity within organizations, differences in values at work expressed, more often in a discreet way, by employees are usually not taken into account. In a changing world, values that used to structure yesterday's society are collapsing. Seated on yesterday's plain (but tightening) values that are now fragilized (but opening new possibilities), individuals as human subjects try to recover sense making in their professional life.
