Abstract:
This article focuses on the contribution of the information system to strategic decision-making in public management, particularly in departments. The speed of data execution, the modernity of their autonomous interpretations of performance, and their conception of the intelligence of public action modernize these structures to focus on administration 2.0. But these changes do not stop with users. They also have an impact on territorial professions, particularly on the role of the management controller. The originality of our work on the information system gives a new dimension to this profession and proposes to define it now as "territorial data scientist".
