Abstract:
After having presented the theorical hypothesis of clarification and integration of the organization through the practise of analysis of the processes, this analyse is presented as an essential stage at the same time during the installation of a ERP and during certification ISO 9000 of the organization. The organisational consequences of an analysis of the processes are then treated. They confirm the assumption of a clarification and an integration of the organization and furthermore show the appearance of a dimension of coercion or training
