Abstract: This paper presents the results of a research project dedicated to social innovation in SME's. It aims at questioning the conceptual model, based on social innovation dynamics rather than content. In the first part, we adapt models and definitions of social innovation to SME's context. We then present our observation's synthesis of social dynamics in the different fields studies (second part). We finish our argumentation underlining social innovations conditions of success in SME's.
