Abstract: The phenomenon of deficiency of right-depriving jural facts in a civil law and its forms are explored in the article, the influence of defects on ability of right-depriving jural facts to cause the proper consequences are analyzed, the forms that display the deficiency of right-depriving jural acts and legal actions were found out
