Abstract:
The aim of this presentation is to explain why Hayek rejected the concept of social justice and that this rejection is not part of a conservative approach. However his rejection showed some blind spots. In order to filled those blank in Hayek theory, we propose to use another criterion in normative economics. This alternative criterion is Margalit's "Decent Society" concept that we propose to develop.
