Abstract:
The purpose of this contribution is to study, theoretically, the contribution of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to the commercial performance of the service company. It is presented in three parts: The first defines the concept of SCM, puts forward the specificities of services, apprehends the concept of SCM in services and examines the notion of performance. The second axis advances the research methodology used. Finally, the last axis studies the relationship between SCM and the commercial performance of service companies.
