Abstract:
Since Montesquieu, the market economy has been seen as a factor of peace. This idea has been taken up so much by economists that, despite the history of this rather warlike world, economists have shown little interest in it. However, the threat of war, the effects of domination, economic wars, military conflicts and multiple violence are still fundamental factors in the economic development of Nations.
