Abstract:
Food is a social marker, very often an invisible one, where it is considered an ordinary good. The food aid, which is part of the economic sector although it pretends it isn't, has exploded these last years and concerns 4,8 million people, prisoners of this access to food. This article suggests deconstructing some presuppositions and participating towards a food democracy.
