Abstract: À l'heure où plusieurs États légalisent le marché du cannabis, les raisons de la réticence française à franchir ce pas renvoient, notamment, à la crainte diffuse de déstabiliser l'économie des cités. Pointant le mal-fondé de cet argument, Aymeric Reyre et Christian Ben Lakhdar soulignent, sur la base des expériences étrangères, les nombreux bénéfices potentiels d'une telle réforme.
