Abstract:
This article analyses the role of local interactions between managers in « local agrifood systems »(SYAL). After a review of economic and sociological literature on managers' networks, we present the results of a research on a cluster of Languedoc wine cooperatives. Using both economic approach and advice networks analysis, we show that interactions between managers reveal cooperation and competition mechanisms for innovation within the SYAL.
