Abstract:
This paper develops a critical analysis of some main arguments used to justify the CAP reforms, as the increasement of welfare and decoupling, sustainable development and biofuel, market adjustement and farm income insurance. Between pretences and ideology is there still a place for the knowledge and for the common good?
