Abstract:
Production of services by agriculture is often presented as an important issue, in synchronization with rural dynamics (increasing of leisure and residential uses, demand for environmental services, increasing of rural tourism...). The objective of the article consists in reading economically services provided by agriculture, with a framework of service economics. On the empirical plan, we analyze forms of development of services provided by agriculture and more precisely environmental services.
