Abstract: The power of excellence work models relies on their ability to appear accessible to everyone while distinguishing professionals. This text questions those which lead the working manners of pig breeders .It shows that the laureates of a professional competition - the Golden Pig - survivors of a massive exodus, are characterized by the density of their technical exchanges in a context where work collectives have been untied.
