Abstract:
The history of Europe is accelerating. It is interesting to highlight the consequences of the disintegration of the socialist bloc, the interest of the countries of central and eastern Europe in the European Union, the positive and perverse effects of their participation in the European ambition on the Russian economy and Russia's application of the convergence criteria demanded by Europe. Political negotiations will be determining factors in developing the convergence of the two blocs.
