Abstract:
This paper proposes a synthesis of key economic developments in the beef and milk sectors. It presents, in a first step, the development of production, consumption and trade of beef at the international, European and French scale. Then, in the same logic, it concerns the dairy sector. In a final section, some considerations are given about the implication of the next CAP for these both agricultural productions.
