This article deals with computerized help for managerial process in the prospect of information management and corporate governance. In a first part, it goes with decomposing the concept of dynamic competitiveness thus proposing a framework in terms of managerial choices. Then, in a second part, the document explores the different types of supports that those Decision Making Systems could possibly bring in the typology already mentioned, approached through the prism of the cooperation between the system and its user.
