Abstract: Political science is first and foremost a "science of action" and of synthesis of all the results or "laws" developed by the other social sciences. It aims to determine the most effective systems for organizing a society, taking into account existing religions, dominant philosophies, power relations between countries or conflicts between social groups. Political science should be conceived as a synthesis of the whole body of disciplinary knowledge of law, economics, business management, sociology, philosophy, theology, history, geography, language, to which it adds the issues of internal and external security of its citizens or for the international organizations of world citizens.
