Abstract:
After the collapse of the USSR, the question of the liberalisation of the Russian economy and the effectiveness of the reforms undertaken or to be undertaken has given rise to much debate. From pessimistic thoughts to optimistic analyses, and including ideas of protest, the conceptions of the new role of the Russian state in the economy are heterogeneous, both in the analysis of the results and on the systemic transformations to come.
