Abstract: The article is devoted to the research of the court decision as right-deprival jural fact that can cause the consequences in form of discontinuance of rights, duties, legal relations and legal personality. The points of view at the determination of court decision nature are analyzed, the features of court decision as right deprival jural fact are determined.
