Abstract:
One of the most intriguing issues for the doctrine is that of legal integration at the regional level. In this sense, this reflection seeks to verify the existence or not of a corpus of common financial rules applicable in West African states. The main results show the existence of such rules at the level of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU). However, their effectiveness remains proven for reasons related to both their design and their implementation.
