Abstract:
Often, knowledge management plays a major role in organisation performance. Stories and narrative mode of communication are becoming a figure with respect to modern knowledge management. Storytelling overlays the methods and tools for managing accounts inside organizations. The functional computer based definition of Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) becomes an efficient story telling approach to the knowledge management. A design project of such a system in the field of consultancy is presented as an illustration of the principles and difficulties of knowledge transfer through the use of accounts.
