Post-Print from HAL

Abstract: In the face of disruptive change, reaction time is an essential vector. Both linked to the organization and to all stakeholders, the different temporalities will define the capacity for an organization to be able to survive, adapt or control a constraint or change. This "Time To Action" will depend on several factors: the cognitive capacities of decision-makers to foresee a change, structuring of an information watch adapted to the understanding of all and vigilant internal processes open to the outside. An organization that controls information, its internal and external networks, ensures vigilant 360 ° governance. The choice of "5.0" Pilotage of the territory, centered on Human beings and criteria of temporal resilience : Temporal resilience should be understood as the ability to maintain the activity of the organization, regardless of the impacts resulting from a change. This 5.0 strategic management opens up a field of possibilities and innovations in the sustainable governance of organizations.
