Abstract:
"How to diffuse the New Public Management in the public administration and continue to accomplish public service missions ?". The France answered with hybridization (Boyer, 1997). Our empirical study of 1,125 local authorities' managers (in cooperation with the French Association des Adminsitrateurs Territoriaux) shows that hybrid management is a perfect example.
