Abstract: The purpose of this article is, based on a reflection on the case of the Nutri'zaza company, to examine whether and to what extent certain institutional innovations in the area of the partnership contract – and thus the status of the company – may prove appropriate to the satisfaction of the common good. After recalling the context and origins of the project, the Nutri'zaza company and what it means are analysed. The conclusion is devoted to the lessons that can be drawn from the case presented and attempts to answer the question raised about the relationship between the vehicle that Nutri'zaza constitutes and the pursuit of the common good.
