Abstract:
This article presents a collective approach around a specific "common good": the territory with its geographical, heritage, social, cultural and economic components. This approach aims to protect and enhance the territory in the face of numerous challenges (economic and demographic decline, etc.). We are wondering about the legitimate and operational governance to orchestrate the valorisation of the activities of a territory corresponding to the aspirations of its inhabitants. This article is the result of action research, interviews and participant observation within a SCIC in Mirecourt (Vosges).
