Abstract:
This article studies the ISO 9001 standard as a management tool structured by an artifact, a management philosophy and a simplified vision of the company. The objective is to identify the practices that twelve managers have mobilized to appropriate it as well as the tensions, learning and innovations that have emerged during its implementation. We will show the dynamics of quality management knowledge allowing the standard to be both a tool for conformation and eco-innovation.
