Abstract:
This article proposes a methodological new approach which takes into account the preliminary method of analysis of risks in order to consider both the economic aspect and the technological way seldom taken into account within the economic entities, the originality of this article lies at the level of taking into account the complementarities of these two aspects, the creation of the value cannot be omitted seen that it conditions the reinforcement of any research aiming at ensuring the reliability of a system and in particular the safety component obeying an optimum of the couple safety/Cost whose materialisation is only possible through intelligent assistance systems with decision making.
