Abstract:
The literature in the field of the management consulting is characterized by the emergence of a critical point of view concerning the evaluation of management consulting services. This article aims to study the manner with which the demand of management consulting is structured and to release the factors determining the success or the failure of an external intervention. These factors are referred, primarily, with the profile and expectations of the leaders, the adhesion of the members of the company and the attraction of management fashions.
