Abstract: This article invites us to focus on positive psychology applied to organizations in order to go further than the leadership Taylorist model, known as «command, control and execution». Our approach is based on the following issues: Does the positive leader promote passion and well-being at work? If so, how can we explain interconnections between them? We will try to clarify the process of such a dynamic within the OCP Distribution, a major player in the supply chain of health products. The research design combines qualitative and quantitative methodology. The purpose is to promote the inner transformation of leaders and employees on the long term by fostering their wellbeing and improving their efficiency.
