Abstract:
Covid-19 significantly accelerated digital transformation of organizations, viewed as a guarantee of survival by many of them. This article focuses on the way organization leads change from a traditional business model to a digital business digital and asks: What business model for digital transformation? From a doctoral research, this article develops the Dynamic Digital Business Model (BMD2), in which entrepreneur plays a key role.
