Abstract:
The control of public procurement is a relatively traditional field of investigation for audit institutions. However, it was considered complex and time-consuming and may not have been given all the necessary attention. New tools, based on Big Data, significantly increase the transparency of practices in this area. They can profoundly renew the vision of control institutions, civil society and buyers alike.
