Abstract:
This conference, entitled "The French dairy sector in the face of European and global competition: the dynamics of trade in dairy products under Covid-19 and over the past 20 years", was organized within the framework of the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Dairy Industries (FNIL). It was structured around the following three parts: 1) international trade in dairy products and the place of the EU; 2) EU-27 trade (excluding the United Kingdom) in dairy products; 3) France's foreign trade in dairy products.
