Abstract:
This paper present on the economic theory point of view the justifications of public policy of funding science Ph.D students by firms. A comparison with the arguments of the French publics authorities was carried out. The study on the efficiency of this policy on the employment of the new Ph. D graduates in industry was carried out with particular attention given to the importance of engineers graduates in firms' grants for Ph.D.
