Abstract:
Article 20 of the RGPD opens a right to the portability of personal data allowing the consumer to retrieve his data from various organizations for free disposal. The testing of a portability service with young people reveals certain ambiguities hindering the adoption of this still latent service innovation. The issue of portability opens theoretical and ethical reflections to enhance the benefits of this innovation.
