Abstract:
The scientific method of economics implies the simultaneous or successive application of deductive, empirical and positivist methods. In economics, no situation is ever the same. Several methods are used involving deductive theoretical analysis, econometric simulation studies, reduced form estimation, computable general equilibrium model, input-output analysis, historical methods and case studies.
