Abstract: Le revenu universel est passé en quelques années du statut d'idée utopique à l'objet d'expérimentations. En France, Benoît Hamon en a fait sa mesure phare lors de l'élection présidentielle de 2017. En amont de l'élection, de nombreux ouvrages sont parus sur le sujet (notamment Basquiat et Koenig, 2017 ; Dourgnon, 2017 ; Ferry, 2016 ; MFRB, 2017) et il a fait l'objet d'un rapport d'information du Sénat (2016). En Suisse, le revenu universel a été soumis à référendum et la Finlande a mis en place une expérimentation depuis janvier dernier. La Gironde souhaite également lancer une expérimentation.
