Examines technical regulations (TR) and customs regulations under the general headline of trade facilitation. Failure of customs procedures in developing countries to the growing volume of trade; Dependence of service providers on efficient customs procedures; Complaints on the adoption of TR that seem to substitute for quantitative restrictions.
