Abstract: This exploratory research aims to inform to a more detailed understanding of the implementation of logistics by individuals in the context of a peer-to-peer business relationship. The methodological design combined semi-directed interviews with field observation (with active sellers using Leboncoin, Videdressing and CDandLP). The results make it possible to characterize the supply chain deployed by private individuals during the online sale of a second-hand product and thus lead to a deeper knowledge of consumer-to-consumer supply chains. Moreover, two decisive factors appear: on the one hand, the appropriation of the supply chain is not appreciated by individuals, who perceive it as a self-imposed chore, and, on the other, this form of consumer logistics could prove to be relatively inefficient, opening up opportunities for professionals.
