Abstract:
Despite numerous claims ofrecovery orexit, Europe is still in the midst ofthe crisis and industry appears to beone of its most suffering victims.Partly because it originated from the financial sector, partly because it translated into a banking crisis which, if spatially extended and prolonged in time, could have destroyed the whole world economy, the complete attention of governments has concentrated on the financial part of the economy.
