Abstract:
Faced with the phenomenon of the arrival of RegTech as a new entrant in the ecosystem of regulation, we have started a research aiming on the one hand to contribute to enrich the definition and description of RegTech and on the other hand to identify the legal and managerial logics that underlie its development. Our study highlights the different managerial and legal issues raised by RegTech and adress some proposals.
