Abstract:
Periods of organizational change are crucial steps in the evolution of organizations requiring a process of meaning creation on the part of individuals that can be critical in the success of the desired change. In this context, our article proposes the creation of a seven item measurement scale of sensegiving to evaluate the creation of sense of managers for their employees in times of organizational change. Then, we test our model on the well-being at work of employees in times of change using the positive measurement scale of well-being at work (EPBET) of Biétry and Creusier (2013).
