Abstract:
This study examines investors' relationships in new ways of innovation funding as Venture Capital or Equity Crowdfunding. The literature recognizes a variety of investors and "ownerships who may influence the extent and nature of innovation" (Wright, 2017). If most of the studies relate to relationships between investors/ownerships (Charreaux et Desbrières, 1998; Dubocage, 2016; Stévenot-Guéry, 2005; 2006), investors' relationships remain few studied and present original aspects to examine. For this purpose, we use a qualitative approach and semi-structured interviews conducted with different types of investors in France. Interactions between investors may highlight the creation of financial and cognitive resources given a sustainable and competitive advantage to the funded company.
