La dynamique hors de l'équilibre
Jean-Luc Gaffard
Post-Print from HAL
Abstract:
Fluctuations appear as the expression of the way qualitative changes take place. This is due to the distorsion of productive capacity associated with change in a context where problems of coordination of economic activity arise. Such a viewpoint has been developed by Hayek and Hicks in separate contributions which have in common to consider that the role of time is of greatest importance in the theory of production (and capital) and in the theory of markets. This paper is aimed at bringing into light what are these contributions.
