Abstract: We suggest here to discuss the theory of "néo-surtravail" developed by Guillaume Tiffon. The theory of "néo-surtravail" try to clarifying the conditions under which the "work of the client" can be, within the framework of the production of a "service-commodity", exchange value creator. It would allow the idea of a productive model basing on the putting in the labour of the clientele. However, we want to show that it suffers some ambiguity and confusions which alter its logical coherence.
