Abstract:
This article is interested in Web 2.0 tools, especially those dedicated to takeovership for SME or VSE. We explore the assumption that the use of Internet gives to the buyer (current or in becoming) the possibility to reach a toolbox 2.0 and to be helped in its decision-making. From an exploratory research on 26 specialized websites, we propose a joint reading and analysis of the information tools for the global process of takeover and the managerial practice of business intelligence.
