Abstract: A crisis is a useful pretext to activate the real, if not the only, source of differentiation of the company, namely the Human Potential. Ten years ago, CETAF was faced with an institutional, social and economic crisis and chose the Human side. This chapter traces its journey and how the transformation allowed employees to write the company's history rather than undergo it.
