Abstract: The massive diffusion of ICT (particularly mobile technologies) within companies is often accompanied by restructuring, which may fundamentally change the working conditions of employees and human relations within the organization, which can be deeply modify. In this paper, we investigate the influence of mobile technologies on well-being at work and These technological changes are not without consequences on the mental health of especially on the professional relationships. Consequently, we have realized a qualitative study and a quantitative study within the sales teams of a mail delivery company. The analysis shows that some particular organizational factors can have a positive impact on strengthening social bonds.
