Abstract:
This article aims at studying feminist speculative science-fiction works to foster the emergence of alternative imaginaries in management. More precisely, the goal is to free alternative organization studies from its structuring unquestioned imaginaries, by bringing to light radically different worlds likely to inspire alternative organizational practices.
