Abstract: This article aims to analyse the modalities of developing the valorisation processes of French public research on regional scale. Based on the theoretical foundations of the regional economy and the management of the innovation we study the forms of articulation and collaboration between a multidisciplinary university and the regional organizations and institutions. After the presentation of the theoretical stakes and the dominant practices of valorisation, we analyze the key issues identified during our longitudinal research. Then, we discuss some possible activation levels on the regional scale particularly, a reticular governance and some open platforms dedicated to support a project logic and a collaborative work of exploration.
